Our mission at St Augustine's Catholic Primary School is to ensure that our children feel safe and secure in our school, where Catholic values are upheld and all of our children's gifts and abilities are recognized and developed in a respectful and friendly family environment.The banner in our Hall summarizes this: "We try to follow Jesus by loving each other and caring for God's world."We are one of the country's oldest primary schools, located in the heart of Old Costessey and characterized by a caring, family atmosphere that pervades all aspects of school life.We have a strong sense of internationalism, which is reflected in our curriculum and connections with other countries around the world, as well as our ties to the local families and community that help us feel at home in Old Costessey.The children, for their part, value their time at St Augustine's and are always welcomed back, with an interest in their future education and lives.
